2. Virtual Currency (Coins)
2.1 General Policy
Important: All coin purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
2.2 Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds for coin purchases may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If coins were not delivered due to a system error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Service Unavailability: If our service was unavailable for extended periods after purchase
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Time Limits
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase
- Requests submitted after this period will not be considered
- The 48-hour period begins from the time of successful payment processing
3.2 Usage Restrictions
Note: Coins that have been used or spent cannot be refunded. Only unused coin balances are eligible for refund consideration.

- Technical failures preventing coin delivery
- Accidental purchases by minors (with proper verification)
4. Refund Process

5. Cancellation Policy

- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Unused coins will be forfeited upon account deletion
- No refunds are provided for unused coins when voluntarily deleting your account

- ChatChat is a free-to-use platform with optional paid features
- There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel
- Coin purchases are one-time transactions
6. Payment Method Specific Policies
6.1 Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary based on the payment provider
- Some payment providers may charge processing fees
6.2 Credit/Debit Cards
- Refunds appear as credits on your statement
- May take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect
- Contact your bank if refunds don't appear within expected timeframes
7. Dispute Resolution

7.2 Chargeback Policy
Warning: Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Please reach out to our support team before contacting your bank or payment provider.
8. Special Circumstances

- If our service experiences extended downtime, we may offer compensation
- Compensation will be in the form of bonus coins, not cash refunds
- We'll communicate any service issues and compensation through the app
8.2 Account Violations
- Accounts banned for violating terms of service forfeit all coins
- No refunds are provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations
