5. Virtual Currency and Payments

ChatChat uses a virtual coin system for premium features:

• Coins can be purchased through various payment methods
• Coins are used to access premium features like video calls and messaging
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coin balances do not constitute real money and have no cash value

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Content and Intellectual Property

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
